When recruiting top talent, there are really only two buckets that applicants could go to: 🪣hired and 🪣not hired.
But it's not as simple as it sounds.🤔
For each bucket, you'll need to send out specific types of forms, emails and other types of communications. In addition, your "not hired" bucket could mean different things: these could be applicants fit to add to your hiring pool for future hires, they could be benched for another role or they could potentially be stored in your contacts for yet another purpose.
This means sending out different messages, updating multiple lists and contacts.
