      FAQs

      Why should I onboard with Digital Reach instead of HubSpot?

      As you know, HubSpot offers onboarding for customers. But as great as the HubSpot team is, there’s only so much they can do during their onboarding process.

      Onboard with HubSpot and you'll get access to an Implementation Specialist for up to 90 days. They'll work with you on a consultative basis, meaning they aren't going to do a deep dive into your business and your unique processes, and they aren't going to do the work for you. But they'll certainly point you in the right direction and talk to you about best practices!

      This is great, but it still leaves your team accountable for all of the building & doing in HubSpot. That means you'll be responsible for adding your own integrations with the tools you use, building your own buyer journeys, building out your email templates, configuring your workflows and automations, and onboarding the rest of your team to your new processes.

      So when does it make sense to onboard with a partner like Digital Reach? Here are some general guidelines:

      • You want to make HubSpot work for your unique business processes rather having a one-size-fits-all approach. 
      • Maybe you have an existing CRM - or multiple CRMs - that need to be integrated into one
      • You require technical and strategic builders to automate away some of your most repetitive tasks
