Second Interview + Test Task
After the first interview, the hiring manager who conducted the interview will get a task to update whether the candidate is moving onto the second interview or not.
Again, we give the hiring managers a few days to do this so that they can conduct all of their first interviews and evaluate the candidates against eachother.
If a candidate is approved for a second interview, the hiring manager will manually move the ticket to that stage and the process outlined above - sending out the correct link - will repeat.
If the candidate is not moving on, they will be manually moved into the Not Hired stage. Again, if you wanted to automate this part you can create a workflow where any tickets that have been in that stage for more than X days go to the Not Hired category, but we prefer to move it manually so that we can let candidates know ASAP what their status is.
Once someone has the second interview, the hiring managers will be tasked to update the candidate record and decide whether they are moving them onto a test task or not.
If they are moved to the test task round, the hiring manager will go ahead and use the email template we created with the words “test task” in the subject line. That email being sent will move the ticket to the Test Task Assigned stage automatically.
If the candidate is not moved on, they will go to the Not Hired stage and receive a more personalized email informing them that they are no longer in the process while also informing them that we would like to keep their email and resume for future positions.
