Application Received and Screening Passed Workflows
These workflows will help you to automate the first steps of the process, ensure a quality experience for the applicants and your team, and will help to to remove implicit biases from your hiring process.
We start with a workflow for each of the positions that you are hiring. They are triggered by someone completing the form for that particular position.
The workflow then uses an if/then branch with all of the screening questions and their parameters for passing the screening built in.
If someone passes the screening, a ticket is created into the Screening Passed stage and is updated with the applicant's information.
At this time, the applicant will automatically get emails asking them to submit their videos from the prompts that they were provided and will remind them to submit if they don’t do so within 24 hours.
If the candidate does not pass the initial screening, the hiring manager is notified and asked to do a manual review of the applicant and to move them onto Screening Passed or Not Hired manually.
These workflows are full of delays with if/then branches to see if candidates and managers have completed their tasks. If an applicant fails to complete the videos in time they are moved to Not Hired and receive an email letting them know that they are no longer in the process.
