Making the meeting links for your interviewees is simple.

You will need to assign Pro seats to the hiring team members who will conduct interviews if you want them to have more than one meeting link.

Some of the workflow automations will change if you do not have two different meeting links unless you go in and change the name of the meetings manually so that they have “first interview” and “second interview” in the names.

Basically, for the workflows for notifying people as soon as the meeting is over, you would remove the conditions for the meeting having a particular name in it.

Then, for the "hireability" label, you would add a step to do that manually or you can create the conditions of your if/then branch so that anyone who has been in the Interview 2 stage would get marked as "hireable," or you can say that anyone with has had two meetings or more would be labeled as "hireable."
