Making Properties

We need both contact and ticket properties.

The first property we need for contacts is the job role applied for.

We have some properties that are for hiring overall, so we put them in a folder.

Then, we have some that are role-specific, like the screening questions.

I put the screening questions into groups based on the job role so that they are easily accessible

Finally, we have properties for the tickets so that we can condition them in ticket-centered workflows and to filter views on the hiring pipeline since I opted to just have one. You could have a pipeline for each role, but I find filtering views to be more effective. Plus, it allows you to roll up overall hiring pipeline data.

Once we make those properties we are ready to move on.
