Hired and Not Hired Workflows
The last of our workflows for this process, these workflows allow you to end your candidate’s process smoothly and humanely.
If someone does not get hired you will move them to that stage. If they made it to the second round of interviews or beyond they will get the more personalized message discussed in earlier steps.
If they are hired we move them into the Hired stage and that triggers a task for HR to send an offer letter.
We keep the other candidates that passed the test task in that stage until we have an accepted offer letter.
BONUS: It's not mentioned in the Loom, but we have an extra workflow you will see that shows you how to ensure that all people who are not labeled as "hireable" get removed from your marketing contacts when they reach the not hired stage!
