RevOps for Real: Systems Built for Imperfection
RevOps gets complicated when the org chart changes, the data is messy, and the tools do not behave the way the process map said they would. Maarten’s deep dive focuses on building revenue systems that can handle the way organizations actually work.
The session covers how to diagnose the right problems, decide what should be automated, and apply a Minimum Viable RevOps model without turning the cleanup into a six-month science project.
