Marketing Project Coordinator

Be the operational backbone of our marketing team.

Digital Reach is a global HubSpot Diamond Partner agency providing business process automation solutions for nonprofits, SMB, mid-market, and enterprise businesses worldwide. We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead and drive execution across our marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

 

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our marketing team, responsible for planning, tracking, and managing marketing campaigns and deliverables across multiple client accounts. You will work extensively in Teamwork (our project management system) to track progress, coordinate cross-functional teams, and make sure everything is moving forward.

 

This role is client-facing, requiring strong communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. You’ll be the glue that keeps projects and people together, holding teams accountable, solving roadblocks, and ensuring smooth execution.

 

This is a high-impact project leadership role that requires someone with a strong marketing background, agile project management experience, and the ability to own and drive execution across multiple campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities

  •  

    Project & Workflow Management: Project manage the end-to-end execution of marketing deliverables, from campaign planning to final delivery, ensuring all projects stay on track, within scope, budget, and meet quality standards.

  •  

    Team Coordination & Leadership: Keep the marketing team aligned and accountable, ensuring clear communication, deliverable tracking, and task ownership across all marketing functions.

  •  

    Project Tracking & Systems Management: Act as the Teamwork power user, ensuring all marketing deliverables, tasks, and dependencies are clearly mapped, assigned, and progressing as planned. You will be working in the tool extensively.

  •  

    Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing project roadblocks proactively.

  •  

    Marketing Execution Oversight: Understand the components of marketing deliverables (email campaigns, content creation, paid media, automation workflows, etc.) to ensure efficient planning and execution.

  •  

    Agile Marketing Execution: Implement and optimize agile marketing processes, ensuring smooth sprint planning, prioritization, and iterative improvements.

  •  

    Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, proactively communicate challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.

  •  

    Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain project dashboards and performance tracking to provide visibility into project health, team capacity, and campaign performance.

The Ideal Candidate Has

  • 5 years of project management experience in a marketing agency, in-house marketing team, or related environment.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing deliverables (campaigns, content, digital advertising, automation, etc.) and the ability to manage execution across these areas.

  • A strong understanding of marketing workflows, with the ability to break down complex marketing deliverables into actionable tasks.

  • Expertise in agile project management methodologies and experience running scrum or sprint-based workflows.

  • Strong familiarity with project management software (preferably Teamwork, but Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com experience is applicable).

  • A proactive, take-charge attitude, with the ability to anticipate issues and solve problems before they become roadblocks.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and keeping people accountable without micromanaging.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience leading large-scale marketing campaigns

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, especially in a marketing execution or project management capacity

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications

Timeline
